Since our holiday business keeps us very busy, we begin producing the bologna, sticks, sausage, and hot dogs in late January on a first in / first out basis.
You may drop off your boneless venison between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, at our plant located beside our store.
