Venison Processing

During hunting season, you may bring your skinless and boneless meat to us for processing into the following products:

Ground Venison
Smoked Deer Hind Leg
Sweet Bologna
Sweet Sticks
Sweet Sticks with Cheese
Pepper Sticks
Ring Bologna
Sausage
Hot Dogs

Since our holiday business keeps us very busy, we begin producing the bologna, sticks, sausage, and hot dogs in late January on a first in / first out basis.

You may drop off your boneless venison between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, at our plant located beside our store.
